Sales Or Project Manager

Distinctive Floor Coverings are seeking an experienced Sales / Project Manager to join our staff on a full-time basis, to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects in alignment with budgets and timelines.
Duties & responsibilities: Estimate project costs and prepare quotes for clients Supervise on-site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications Monitor project progress from initiation to completion Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors Address any issues or changes that arise during the project Maintain documentation and records of all project activities Conduct post-project evaluations and client follow-ups for feedback Experience & attributes: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar project management position Excellent time management skills to manage competing priorities Keen relationship building skills with a wide array of clients and stakeholders Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Additional Information: Commissions atop your regular pay 6 months trial Car and phone supplied Regular Monday to Friday work, 9am – 5pm, no weekends About us: Distinctive Floor Coverings was founded in 1993 and are specialists in commercial flooring contractors.
