The Opportunity: Join our dynamic team in an exciting role where you'll gain hands-on experience developing service quotes, managing customer inquiries, processing invoice adjustments, and handling a variety of charges.
The focus for the role is to deliver a positive customer experience, ensure stakeholder satisfaction and deliver real time, accurate transactional processing.

Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and will include: * Raising and maintaining 100% accurate and under two-hour turnaround of customer quotes.
* Ensuring daily invoice adjustments are processed accurately, following defined approval processes and within billing deadlines.
* Maintenance of Sales Force data as required by Q2C Operations Support Manager.
* Timely and accurate processing of lab charges within predefined billing deadlines.
* Timely under 24 hours response to online customer portal enquiries.
* Managing day to day innovative and effective operational service delivery to the business of Sales Operations support.
About you: To succeed in this key role, you should possess the following: * Strong customer service and continuous improvement mindset.
* Previous Sales Operations support experience would be considered favourably * Have previous experience in building products, construction, manufacturing or similar industries.
* Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills (SAP, Google suite, Microsoft suite, Salesforce) * SAP experience is favourable but not essential.
