About the role
The primary responsibility of this key role is to effectively lead and manage store operations and each store team throughout the nominated area(s), to maximise revenue, profitability and overall business efficiencies that support the company's strategic objectives.
Location: QLD, North Brisbane Area
The responsibilities include the below and more:
Operational Leadership Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring on the day to day operations of the retail and Clinical teams within the areaManage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Retail and Clinical teams, through the successful implementation of Bay Audio Policies and ProceduresEnhance and support the communication between NSO, (National Support Office), store and Clinical teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations teamDrive lead generation and revenue to exceed budgets and targets on a consistent basisLead, manage and coach the Clinical teams and Store Managers on a daily / weekly basis during store visits and other communicationsProvide information on key business issues to the relevant stakeholder on operational and people management issuesEnsure people management processes are in place, understood and used effectivelyEnsure that the store teams understand and can effectively manage the Clinical schedule for maximum productivity to drive revenueResponsible for reviewing and authorising all expense claim forms for the teamTeam Management Manage the recruitment of Clinical, MSO and retail team members with emphasise on selecting the right team required through effective interview processesEnsure all new team members are correctly on-boarded into the business, along with correct timetabling for training and follow-up in all storesEnsure all employment gateways are adhered to including; Day one/week one, first month / six month probation reviewsDevelop and evolve area people plan, scoping opportunities for growth and future vacanciesForecast recruitment needs on a store by store basis working with NSO Recruitment partnerEnsure the Employee Assessment and Development process is followedCoordinate training and development programs to develop skills and competencies to achieve business goalsOther Develop and enhance effective rostering and management of daily, weekly and monthly rostersWe are looking for a leader!
