Our client, a leading industrial services provider in the mining and construction resources sector, is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to drive growth and oversee commercial, operational, and customer strategies within the region.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Australasian Manager, this role will have full accountability for the regional performance of the business, overseeing both technical and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement customer-focused strategies for business expansion, with direct responsibility for driving business development efforts.Account Management: Manage key accounts, expand service offerings, and ensure that service delivery consistently exceeds customer expectations.Operational Excellence: Lead the technical team, both locally and remotely, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding results in line with the company's high standards for safety and quality.Commercial Leadership: Oversee the commercial performance of the region, balancing strategic growth initiatives with operational efficiency.Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Direct experience in the capital equipment hire and sales sector, particularly within the mining and construction resources industries.A strong technical background, ideally within assurance and inspection services.Proven ability to develop and execute customer expansion strategies.Expertise in managing both commercial and operational aspects of the business.A passion for working with people, solving challenges, and capitalising on growth opportunities.Job Offer:
