Here's where you come in. Joining us in the role of Sales Operations Manager, you'll join a fast-paced environment that pushes you to achieve your best as you partner with the business to deliver its products and improve its sales.
This position will be responsible for ongoing development, monitoring and action plans to ensure sales strategy and activity is effectively executed by the sales team at a national level. The focus of the role will be to regularly analyse national sales data to maximize sales opportunities.
Direct responsibility for recruiting, managing, and in-field coaching of the sales reps.
Assist in preparing budgets, sales targets, and incentive schemes and develop, oversee, and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) to drive sales.
