How You'll Make an Impact:
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient and effective operations management. Establish consistent standards and performance measures to achieve targets and meet performance cadence. Plan and coordinate business sales activities and rostering, in line with monthly objectives. Direct Team Members in accordance with requirements. Implement strategies developed by the General Manager. Identify improvement opportunities in current systems, processes and procedures. Undertake development and implementation of new practices. Engage with Marketing to contribute to content development for customer correspondence. Streamline the customer engagement process in collaboration with Marketing. Responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals. Lead by example, assist, support and provide guidance, where required. Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring a high standard of operational use. Review customer deals, for content consistency and timely engagement response periods. Liaise with the General Manager and Executive Team to plan and execute strategic regional targets, in consultation with Marketing. About You:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
At least 4 years' experience as an Operations Manager, leading teams in similar industries such as trade or financial services. Tertiary studies in Business, Commerce, Economics, Project Management or a similar field requiring a high level of business administration and attention to detail, is highly desirable. Extensive experience in delivering successful results in business management, project management, and/or change management. Exceptional organisation, communication, technical and reporting skills. Experience in financial budget management and meeting targets. A track record of delivering results, overcoming hurdles, influencing others, taking accountability, and resolving complex issues. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including detailed reports, flow charts, presentations, processes and procedures, and negotiation and influencing skills. Strong computer literacy skills and proficient in various CRMs. Ready to Make a Difference?
