TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.As part of the sales operations team and reporting directly to the ANZ Manager, Sales & Marketing Support, the sales analyst will be central in preparing and presenting sales data, reports and presentations.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include however not be limited to the following:Conduct annual contract reviews as per agreed pricing mechanisms.Conduct annual price list reviews as per Sales team agreed mechanism.Pricing support in SAP, this role requires a checkpoint to ensure DoA approvals are done before any pricing is loaded.Preparation and submission of quotations across multiple channels including utility, distribution and industrial along with back office support.Prepare monthly sales history reports.Prepare monthly actuals reports.POS Management for DistributorsIND ScorecardBU Admin for Salesforce for ANZ.Manage account and territory allocations.Maintain opportunity pipelines in CRM applications.Tender coordination.Assisting in a diverse range of tasks including analysis, reporting, trend analysis and commentary.Establish and maintain dashboard reporting to understand movements in margins across segments, customers and products.Preparing reports with sales results and trends to assist in identifying areas for improvement.Develop relevant dashboards and analytics, proactively providing insight into the performance of the Sales Team and identifying areas for focus and prioritisation.All other duties when requested.Job RequirementsQualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or a business-related fieldTwo (2) – Three (3) years in a similar role.Prior CRM experience along with TED/Tableau will be advantageous.Working knowledge of Sales ForceKnowledge of SAP database systemAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel.Skills:Strong commercial analytical reporting and data presentation abilitiesNumerate with a proven ability in understanding complex informationExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholdersExperience analysing big data sets,Driven, motivated and positive attitudeAn eye for detail, able to work autonomously and meet strict deadlinesCompetencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
