Reporting to the General Manager, MetInvest, your responsibilities will include: Prepare and coordinate house and land packages and administration for MetInvestAdminister marketing materials to selling agentsCoordinate contracts with BDMs and external sales agentsPrepare relevant internal sales paperwork for BDMs and AccountsAssist in developing new more efficient processesAdministrative support and projects as nominated by General Manager.

The successful candidate will have: Experience within a similar role supporting a sales teamAbility to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectivenessExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing)Excellent organisational and time management skillsCommitment to continuous learningIntermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelWorking knowledge of BusinessCraft is preferred but not essentialMotivated in achieving quality results If you feel you have the necessary experience and drive to meet the challenges of this position, and can demonstrate how you meet the skills and attributes, please apply with your Cover Letter and Resume now.
