Sales Operations Administrator

Our client, located in South Brisbane, has an outstanding temp to perm opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator.
Supporting the factory and sales team, this role is on-site working hours 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including customer order entry, logistics management, and customer communication.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to upholding the clients' high-quality standards will be critical to your success in this role.
About you: Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role Previous experience with Xero/Myob/Unleashed or other cloud-based inventory systems Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy skills with the ability to learn other programs quickly Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Experience with invoicing, managing accounts/logistics would be highly regarded Confident communicator both written and orally About the role: Various administration duties relating to customer orders Logistics management for orders shipped both nationally and overseas Liaison with customers both front facing and over the phone Maintain professional communication and collaboration with fellow team members Upkeep and ensure accurate records of sales, contracts, invoices and other important documents If this role sounds like you, please "APPLY NOW" or for further information please call Tanika on 0478 681 568.
