Finvest Property Investment is seeking an experienced full time Office Sales Support to join our team in Bundall, Queensland. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting our team providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to our thriving property investment business. This is a full time office role.

Key Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: Calling new & referred leads to complete fact find.Schedule and coordinate client appointments, client meetings, and follow-up appointments.Maintain and update CRM systems.Sales Administration: Prepare, review, and manage real estate reservations and liaise with suppliers and purchasers to ensure timely processing of sales paperwork.Liaise with clients, referrers, finance professionals, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth contract processes and deposit paymentsAssisting clients throughput their house and land purchase with document flow for progress payments, building and completion inspections and handoversSales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, marketing materials & events.Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to support sales activities.Handling incoming customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer serviceAssisting with the preparation and processing of property sales documentsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databasesScheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointmentsProviding general administrative support to the sales team What we're looking for Proven experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably in the property or financial services industryStrong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareA positive, proactive, and customer-oriented approachAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus What we offer Competitive salaryFlexible work arrangementsA supportive and collaborative work environment
