Sales Office Administrator

Details of the offer

£30,000 to £35,000 (flexible basic to suit the successful candidate's experience) + 33 Days Holiday
Office based (in Trentham) Monday to Friday.
You can choose to work 8am to 4pm, 8.30 to 4.30, or 9 to 5pm.
As part of a busy office, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, liaising with all departments including Sales, Technical, Engineering, Accounts, Transport, and Logistics.
The successful candidate will need to greet visitors, make tea/coffee, and organize lunches for visitors, along with managing paper trails, filing, and other housekeeping tasks.
Additional duties may include arranging travel and booking flights and hotels for Sales and engineers globally.
Once per year, you will ideally be part of the team that travels abroad to a trade show for a few days, where you will help greet visitors and keep them engaged while directing them to the relevant sales or technical personnel.
While the office has approximately 25 staff, you will be working independently in this role.
Therefore, we need someone who is confident (once familiar with the business) to manage multiple areas of responsibility and is willing to get involved with various tasks.
This is a varied role in the exciting world of Aerospace Engineering.
