As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our high-energy sales team, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our Business Development Managers in driving success.

The Role Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, streamlining the listing and exchange process. Keep our CRM updated with the latest information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist in creating and distributing captivating marketing materials for property listings and office advertising. Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and professional sales process. Support the sales team in preparing and submitting sales contracts and related documentation. Continuously improve our sales administration processes and procedures. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in real estate-specific software and the Microsoft Office suite. An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Adaptability and a hunger to learn and grow.
