We are currently offering a job opportunity with plenty of variety for a Customer Service specialist to join our Smithton team.
About the opportunity: Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Focusing on customer service, processing counter sales, sales order administration, stock control, preparing orders for delivery, store merchandising and deliveries Loading and unloading of trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods Maintaining safety processes Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment About You: Strong focus on customer service and sales Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner A current drivers' license A MR licence and forklift licence is desirable, not essential, but the successful candidate would be required to obtain a licence.
