Koppers Wood Products are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milton, Brisbane.

About the role Working under the instruction of the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with Business Managers to implement sales and marketing initiatives.
You'll coordinate and implement marketing and promotional activities, technical literature and a range of other marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include: Maintain CRM systems, build & maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention & growthPrepare price lists, analyse sales forecasts, develop sales proposals & implement plans to achieve sales objectivesAssist with tender pricing & bids, quote preparation & quality follow-up / feedbackSupport business objectives by identifying market opportunities, monitoring competitor activity & managing customer expectationsContribute to compliance updates, inventory & KPI reportingUnderstand supply chain processes & contribute to the implementation of improvements for new & existing sales & marketing plansBuild strategic partnerships, achieve competitive advantage & market position for KWPIncrease profile and reputation of Koppers, maintain market share & meet profitability targetsRequirements: 3+ years experience in sales, marketing, or related fieldRelevant qualifications preferredExperience with tenders and sales processesIndependent and confident to undertake and complete tasks effectivelyCRM and marketing tools experience e.g., Canva / EDM / Pro-Files etc.High level communication skills with all stakeholdersAdvanced level computer skills, including report writing & data interpretationUnderstanding of quality management systems, SHEMS policies / procedures & Zero Harm, Zero Waste principlesWhat's on offer: Interesting multi-faceted roleOpportunity to establish a long-term career with a thriving, rapidly growing subsidiary of a global companySupportive team environment in an organisation with strong valuesIf this role appeals to you, we'd love to hear from you.
