As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing and reporting aspects for the marketing department. This is a busy and varied role supporting the marketing activity across our 29 stores nationwide. Requiring a proactive and results-driven approach to your daily responsibilities, you will need to be a superstar at managing several projects at once and meeting tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of planned marketing activities.Manage the Monday.com marketing board and tasks to streamline project management processes.Coordinate and standardize marketing assets, including templates and briefs.Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures for the marketing team.Support cross-functional sales and marketing activities.Strategically develop and execute the yearly marketing calendar.Provide assistance to franchise partners with community marketing initiatives as needed.Manage the marketing budget and expenditures.Requirements:8 years of experience with an in-house marketing team, preferably in the food retail sector.Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and reporting on sales data.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behavior, and market trends.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to management.If you are seeking an opportunity in a rewarding company, then this role is for you.
