They collaborate closely with powerline designers to ensure the successful execution of projects, leading to improved outcomes and increased efficiency.

Who are you?Ideally, you're somebody that has 5+ years' experience as a sales engineer, and you're ready to step up into a management role.

Well spoken - articulate;Good with numbers - technically and commercially;Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;Energetic and driven to achieve and succeed;Self-confident but not arrogant;Someone who enjoys meeting with lots of new people;A willing learner;Comfortable in taking charge of situations when needed;Good under pressure;Resilient;Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;Good at reading both people - and the facts...The role?Operating from the company's headquarters in Albury/Wodonga, you'll be responsible for leading the growth ambitions of Summit, particularly focused on creating and nurturing relationships with the 142 Approved Service Providers (ASPs) in New South Wales.
You'll spend the first few months getting the lay of the land, undertaking discovery calls to understand scopes of works, and then presenting and promoting Summit Power's unique solution, and winning orders.
From there, your focus will turn to coaching, mentoring, and building your small sales team—with both inside and field reps.
Ultimately you'll become responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market aspect of the business, working alongside two peers in Finance and Operations.
Reporting to the managing director, the three of you will be responsible for the effective running of the business.
