The Role:

Providing general office and sales administration support; Administration functions to support the listing and sales activities; Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material Database management and data entry integrity as well as contact & calendar management Creating social media and email content Upholding professional standards General office administrative duties as required Providing professional communication to clients to ensure a positive end-to-end experience. The Candidate: Previous residential Real Estate experience in a similar role Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver's Licence Strong administration skills Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal & written communication skills A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus Strong knowledge of the local area is essential!
