We're seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our Morningside headquarters and help us grow our sales success.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute quotes promptly and accurately.Follow up on quotes and turn opportunities into confirmed sales!Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy.Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and information sharing.Respond to customer inquiries and provide information and assistance.Handle customer feedback and route it to the appropriate team members.Prepare work instructions and document processes in accordance with company policies for the department.Assist in training new team members on established processes and procedures within the department.Requirements: Experience in a successful sales environment – winning sales from leads and quotes is desirable!Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Keen attention to detail and excellent time management.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus.Driven and motivated to grow within the organization.Thrives on challenges and maintains professionalism under pressure.Why You'll Thrive in This Role: Your success will be measured by the sales you win from quotes prepared by yourself and the team.
