Sales & Marketing Administrator

Reporting to the director, you will need to be extremely organised, have a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
In addition to taking care of the day to day sales administration tasks, you will be totally responsible for the co-ordination of all marketing / advertising of properties listed for sale using an online advertising placement programme.  The ability to work to deadlines is therefore essential. 
To be considered for this role you should have previous sales administration experience in the property industry, be qualified as an Agents Rep and have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, Box+Dice Database & Advertising/Media portal applications.
