The Role:Sales admin support to high-performing teamPrepare for listing presentationsEnsure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling propertiesContact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently runLiaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot and past/building inspectionsPrepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contractsManaging campaignsOrganise Saturday Open Packs & auction packsThe Candidate:Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential6+ months industry experienceExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Great presentational skillsA keen interest in Real Estate & ProgressionBe a motivated self-starterThe Benefits:Monday – Friday role!Excellent Team CultureCareer progression assuredGreat reputation in the local marketPlease call Hannah Shaw on or email your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
