As a Sales Administrator you will be a vital part of the sales operations, where your organisational skills and enthusiasm will make a real impact!

Responsibilities:  Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders - i.e. agents, conveyancers, contractors, vendors Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, including marketing documentation Manage contracts/files and ensure compliance to both legislation and agency policy/standard Administrative duties for current listings Organising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents, and sales contracts Database management and updating client records Our Ideal Candidate: Current Real Estate Certificate  Ideally we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator that brings 1 year experience in this role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
