In this key position you will be responsible for planning and executing sales of branded beef across the domestic and international markets. This will include:Working closely with the Manager (Branded Beef) on domestic and international meat sales strategy.Taking responsibility for forward sold position and spot sales of Mort & Co's branded beef programs, both domestically and internationally.Establishing and managing customer relationships, developing customer focused sales strategies to optimise product, price and promotion of our brands, negotiate through product claims and complaints.Promote Mort & Co Meat and associated beef brands, attending trade shows and seminars where relevant, and hosting clients as required.Monitor inventory in conjunction with the shipping team to ensure FIFO is practised.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this position you'll have substantial experience in meat Sales (FMCG) with a solid understanding of meat production and specifications and an AUSMEAT Beef Specifications Certification (desirable but not mandatory).
