Sales Manager, Western Australia (1-3Days P/Week, 0.2-0.6 Fte)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving on and off-premise wholesale sales of our brands in the Western Australia market. Based in Perth, this role focuses on building strong relationships with key venues, business owners, managers, and sommeliers while ensuring brand growth and maintaining profitability.
The role is part time and is expected to be 1-3 days per week depending on the successful applicant's work requirement.
Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for on and off-premise wholesale sales of our Otro Vino brand in Western Australia.Representation of the Stella Bella brand portfolio within Western Australia.Build and maintain relationships with key venues, business owners, managers, and sommeliers.Develop and implement strategies for brand growth while maintaining profit margins.CRM and Logistics:Maintain a CRM model saved to the company hard drive to track customer interactions and sales performance.Manage and oversee logistics to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate winemaker visits and market visits as required, ensuring follow-up and reviewing the success of these visits in sales terms.Contribute to brand growth strategies and innovations, including merchandising and social media initiatives.Marketing and Events:Work with the Direct Sales & Marketing Manager to plan and implement promotional campaigns across wholesale, direct, and international sales.Develop and distribute product tasting notes using the new release protocol.Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and accessible to distribution partners, including tasting notes, new vintage releases, and accolades.Actively participate in marketing meetings to ensure brand consistency in messaging, packaging (including sustainability), and overall brand DNA.Event Coordination:Organise both D2C and trade-focused tasting events, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers.Explore opportunities to expand events into eastern states based on interest, ROI, and viability, with annual reviews for improvement.Budget Management:Collaborate with the Financial Controller to distribute, review, and manage annual sales budgets, ensuring they are realistic and balanced for growth and accuracy.Communication and Reporting:Fortnightly market updates, detailing key priorities and daily market communications to relevant stakeholders.Submit weekly expense reports and track kilometers travelled for business purposes.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage or hospitality industry.Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).Joining Stella Bella Wines as a Sales Manager means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to producing some of the finest wines in the renowned Margaret River region.
