Through trusted relationships, we work closely with our clients to design and build hose assemblies, expansion joints, fittings, piping systems, and couplings for all applications. Australian owned and operated, we are a progressive business with advanced digital systems.We supply a wide range of fluid transfer products to tier one oil and gas companies, as well as in sectors such as Space, Defence, Water Treatment, Mining, Petroleum, and Pharmaceuticals.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Sales Manager – WA/NT to join our Sales team at our Cockburn Central Branch in WA. If you have a passion for selling and building client relationships, this position offers an opportunity to be part of an industry leader. Ideally, you will be self-motivated and driven, with experience in connecting with Tier 1 Oil and Gas clients. You will possess the ability to convert client interactions into long-term customer relationships and drive growth strategies for the branch.How You'll Make a DifferenceWorking closely with the Sales Team, your main responsibilities will include:Manage and execute sales revenue.Develop sales strategies that will result in increased sales.Develop and undertake a comprehensive sales plan focusing on key targets.Negotiate with key accounts and maintain key customer contacts.Create leads and convert opportunities to increase new business sales.Lead generation and follow-up to accomplish execution.About YouAs the successful candidate, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Diploma of Management and/or equivalent experience.Proven industry sales management background (ideally within the hose industry).Excellent customer relationship building skills.Excellent time management capabilities, presentation, and communication skills.Strategic planning abilities.Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks.Strong literacy and numeracy skills.Ability to use company enterprise platforms.Drive to work autonomously to produce successful outcomes.Perks of working at Pacific HoseflexCompetitive salary (negotiable based on experience).Choice of Company vehicle or Vehicle Allowance.Ability to entertain clients.Positive workplace culture.Free on-site parking.Annual Christmas Party (partners included).Two weeks shut down period over Christmas holidays.You must be willing to complete a pre-employment Alcohol and Other Drugs screening prior to commencement.To express your interest, please submit your resume by hitting the 'Apply Now' button below.We can't wait to hear from you!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
