About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a full time basis!
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, efficiency, and profitability of the sales division through effective staff management.
This role is based in the South East region.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Maximise sales and grow the Mimosa Homes brand in line with forecasts and customer service standardsTrain new sales staffSupport and drive sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through the teamAssist New Home Consultants with any queriesConduct regular meetings with New Home ConsultantsResponsible for driving to displays and land estate offices to check attendance and materialSupport and develop your sales teamMonitor KPI's and file submissionsTo be considered, you should possess: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Management or similar positionWell presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organisation and time management skillsStrong leadership and people management skillsProven experience in achieving and leading salesA valid and current drivers licenceIn return, the successful candidate will receive: Supportive workplace cultureAttractive remuneration package + company vehicle + generous commission/bonus schemeOpportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growthPlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
