About the companyThis rapidly expanding Energy Consulting business has assisted businesses to take control of the power needed to run their businesses now and into the future.About the roleA very rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to join their ever-growing team based in the fringes of the CBD.In this fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic role, you will be responsible for growing your own team, providing coaching and development to your team, as well as taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day productivity whilst demonstrating our core values.Key responsibilities will include:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of internal SME Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to maximise individual and team performance.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the SME team.Reporting and KPI tracking.Manage escalations within the team.Work with our Partnership team to help develop accounts.Understand different areas of the business to create and drive cross-sell opportunities.Create and deliver sales training.Foster positive relationships with our business partners and retailers.Monitor compliance, ensuring policies, procedures, and energy compliance are adhered to.Skills & experienceAs the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:Proven management and leadership.
