About the role Choice Energy is looking for a Sales Manager giving you the opportunity to grow your own team.
Providing coaching and development to your team, you are responsible for the day to day productivity whilst demonstrating our core values.
What you will be doing day to day: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SME Account Managers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities to maximise individual and team performanceFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within the SME teamReporting and KPI trackingManage escalations within the teamWorking with our Partnership team to help develop accountsUnderstanding different areas of the business to create and drive cross sell opportunitiesCreate and deliver sales trainingFoster positive relationships with our business partners and retailersMonitor compliance, ensuring policies, procedures and energy compliance is adhered toWhat are we looking for?
