Responsibilities include demand creation, managing and developing satellites, on-farm customers, and overall relationship management. Additional responsibilities include market opportunity identification, quantification, and prioritization. Included in this role is administration assistance with the Vytelle lab team in Australia.Critical Relationships to this role include: Vytelle Australia Operations Team, Global Communications Manager, NZ Sales Manager along with cross-functional collaboration throughout Vytelle teams.RESPONSIBILITIESNational demand creation, customer support, and achieving revenue targets for Vytelle technology with focus on Vytelle ADVANCE (IVF) in AustraliaComplete quotes, contracts, and agreements with clientsCustomer Service and facilitating Vytelle Australia Lab Management and administration (reports, invoices etc)Ownership of Vytelle ADVANCE logistics, planning, calendar, and customer communication in conjunction with the lab teamDevelopment, expansion, and relationship management of Vytelle ecosystem partners including implant technicians, IVF access points, and donor and recipient farmsUse of Vytelle tools, content, and value messaging to support sales and customer successMarket Analysis, tracking and quantification of market size, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Develop, maintain, and report on critical scorecard metrics for internal use and partner performance and goal settingLocal representation and industry events, speaking to build Vytelle brand in AustraliaUse of HubSpot CRM to track and manage lead funnel and account informationVYTELLE'S CORE VALUESLeadership: Inspire and serve and seek the best in each otherEndurance: Pacesetter, takes action and realizes resultsPioneer: Infinitely curious, catalyst and listens for ideasLove: Contagious passion for customers and our purposeAbility to adopt and adhere to Vytelle's Foundation: The Common Thread of Integrity, Respect and TrustIn addition to:Teamwork: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the Company.
