Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Developing relationship and identifying opportunities by visiting existing customers and new prospects periodically to understand their new requirements. Responsible for forecasting and achieving sales targets in the identified business segments and territory Liaising with industry experts and material suppliers to grow Nordson business. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support development of applications and/or customizations to meet customers' specifications. Lead team to have correct input in C4C for all opportunities Provide expert guidance and training to team to enhance the post-purchase relationship with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborating with OEM's and external vendors to realize project needs Provide regular reports as required by management. Other job-related duties as required Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics streams from a recognized board/university, and a minimum of ten years full time direct experience in the technical sales of capital goods and exposure to customer relationship management Preferred Skills and Abilities Good communication skill and networking as a leader Strongly self-motivated and result oriented Analytical thinking with managerial capabilities Manpower management skills necessary Working Conditions and Physical Demands Employee will be required to travel within ANZ quite often In some year, will be required to join APAC meetings outside the country
