About the role: Eagers Automotive currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Consultant to join our Wangara Hyundai dealership as the Sales Manager! For over 10 years, the team at Wangara Hyundai has been servicing the needs of Hyundai customers in Perth's northern suburbs. We are proud to say we are the only stand-alone Hyundai dealership in WA with an award-winning team.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for the overall management of the New Car Sales Department, ensuring that operations are both efficient and profitable while maintaining good employee and client relations within ethical guidelines.
Duties in this role include: Motivate and lead the sales teamEstablish and manage sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing, and vehicle delivery programsEnsure industry-leading customer experience for all customersAchieve all sales objectives and ensure full compliance with dealer standardsContribute to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance, insurance, and aftercare productsAbout you: If you take pride in your communication and leadership skills and have a strong sense of customer service, then we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
