Nutramix is currently seeking a highly motivated, team orientated, creative thinker to take on the role of Sales Manager. The position is based in Warwick Queensland; however, flexible working arrangements may be available.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of stockfeed and supplements. The successful candidate will be required to provide professional nutritional advice, farm planning, and general customer service to existing and potential customers in Queensland and New South Wales. The successful candidate will also require the ability to manage other sales staff as the company expands.

Key Accountabilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities to increase sales revenue and achieve KPI's.Create new and maintain existing relationships with customers, to ensure the business is the first choice for customers.Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action/follow up.Identify and recommend additional product and market opportunities to the Business Manager.Develop and implement sales strategies which are aligned with business and market requirements.Participate in sales forecasting activities.Work in conjunction with the Business Manager on product pricing to ensure Nutramix remains competitive.Carry out on-farm visits as required.Prepare regular reports on business calls and related activities.Other duties as directed by the immediate manager within the scope of the role.Comply with relevant OHS/WHS legislation including: Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of persons who may be affected by their actions (or omissions).Co-operate with any reasonable instruction, policy and procedure.Not intentionally (or recklessly) interfere with, or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interests of health, safety or welfare.Identify and report all hazards, near misses, injuries, illnesses, and incidents.Behave in a manner that demonstrates care for others and Nutramix product and property.Ideal applicants will possess the following: Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.Broad knowledge and experience across core areas of business e.g. farm management, animal health, and nutrition.Motivation, drive, and initiative.Strong interpersonal and sales skills.Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to build rapport, establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing market trends and customer needs.Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for business development.High level organisational, time-management, and planning skills.Willingness to travel regularly, visiting stores and customers to build in-person relationships and gather market insights.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams as the business grows.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make informed business decisions.Valid driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
