Alongside direct sales to stonemasons, we serve the reseller market through various retailers. Our Tools and Equipment division has a high-performing sales team, and we're now seeking a Sales Manager to mentor, develop, and lead the internal sales team and the external sales team responsible for the reseller market across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.About the RoleReporting to one of our directors you will add significant value by:Leading, coaching, and mentoring the internal sales team and external sales representatives overseeing the reseller market across VIC, NSW, and QLD.Conducting monthly one-on-one meetings and chairing weekly and fortnightly sales meetings.Researching the stone industry to drive CDK's growth in the reseller market.Collaborating with the sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance product offerings for customers.Travelling interstate to provide on-the-road coaching to external sales representatives and meeting key stakeholders at reseller retailers.Assisting in setting and achieving sales budgets and KPIs, while preparing sales reports and projections.Why You Want To Work HereIf you don't come from a blue-collar or tooling background, that's okay!
