Both agile and entrepreneurial in their approach, they deliver superior products and services to their customers.The OpportunityAssuming responsibility for Sales Management and Sales performance for building and construction work across NSW, your clients will include both Government and Constructors in large civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential high rise projects.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will be to:Drive profitable business growth through existing and new clientsMaximise sales and margins with Tier 1 & 2 companies & governmentDevelop pricing strategies and quotations for project tenderingManage, mentor & support Sales team with customers and projectsMaximise sales in high margin products, services & accessoriesCoordinate all functions of the company to fulfil supply requirementsLiaise with Sales & Service Centres to maximise sales to customers and projectsProject Manage across Sales, Schedulers, Services Centres, Production & DespatchYour Skills & AttributesIdeally you'll have developed your career in the Construction industry and will be able to demonstrate most of the following:Qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, Business Management or Project ManagementHighly developed Relationship, Business Development & Sales skillsStrong networks & ability to develop long term business relationshipsUnderstanding lines of influence & decision making of T1,T2 and GovtPassion for innovation & ability to influence & drive consensus with multiple stakeholdersStrong Business & Sales acumen.
