As the National Sales Manager, you will be driving sales within the Pharmacy Retail, Natural Health, and other business partnership opportunities across Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and implement comprehensive sales strategies from the ground up, enhance market share, and establish lasting relationships with key partners. With a focus on revenue and profitability, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's sales efforts!

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement robust sales and distribution strategies aimed at future growth, sustainability, and profitability.
Drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and meet sales targets across B2B channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners through strategic planning and commercial acumen to enhance sales and market reach.
Secure new clients, launch new products in B2B sales channels, and manage key accounts effectively.
Develop tailored training materials, conduct regular training sessions for clients, and lead merchandising efforts for our brands in retail locations.
Oversee sales operations, budgeting, and forecasting, providing accurate technical support to clients, and continuously analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
