This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Group Sales Manager in effectively leading and mentoring the Sales Department by understanding the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks of the Sales staff.Ensuring individual sales revenue and profit targets are achieved, as well as the individual results of your sales teams.Co-ordinating sales teams by establishing territories and facilitating regular training programs for sales representatives to increase their knowledge and enhance their skills.Providing leadership, support and guidance to the Sales Department at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
