We can't wait to meet you.______________________________________________________________WHO'S VANITY GROUP?We are a creative hub of innovative design, development, manufacturing, and marketing for the global hospitality industry.Internationally renowned as the industry's best-in-class cosmetics hospitality partner, VANITY GROUP has offices in London, Sydney, Dubai, Shanghai and our new office - Singapore!POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution of the ANZ Sales strategy in Queensland through sales development and account management.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the growth of the Domestic Sales portfolio through the acquisition of new clientsResponsible for the new business budget of designated territoriesRegularly review territories and undertake market analysis to identify new business opportunitiesBuild a pipeline of contracted future business and target future businessProject manage group deal rollouts in designated territoryProactively lead, manage, and execute the entire Sales Lifecycle from introduction to first product deliveryAble to identify and contact decision makers at hotels for in person meetingsLead and deliver sales presentations to decision makers, focusing on hotel and brand alignment between brand and client.Be across contracts for designated territories including start and end dates, renewal dates, agreed pricing structure, invoices corresponding to contracted prices, etcLead product training sessions with new clientsIdentify upselling opportunities with existing hotel partners to drive revenue growthEnsure regular touch points/call cycles with hotel partnersMaintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients through regular meetingsProvide our Marketing Team key partnership opportunities within territoryMaintain detailed knowledge of VANITY GROUP's brand portfolioCreate and maintain customer folders in Internal DriveEnsure SalesForce data has accurate records and detailed information on all client accountsWhen securing New Clients; forecast stock to Demand PlannerReview expiring and slow-moving inventory, and identify avenues where this can be soldResponsible for samples to be sent to clients in your territoryReview current pricing with Pricing Team for designated territoryDevelop monthly reporting to track sales to target and revenue growthQuarterly presentation of KPIsMaintain a high level of professionalism and motivational spirit with stakeholdersManage upwards, articulating delays/roadblocks to senior management with a solution-focused approachLead through the Company's values, coaching, supporting, and providing feedback to the team when requiredMinimum 4 years' proven experience in sales and/or account management roleIdeal experience in hospitality and/or beauty industryStrong experience delivering sales and product presentations at an Executive levelStrong administration skills with a customer focused backgroundWorking knowledge of SalesforceProficient in MS Office and strong focus on excelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team under strict deadlinesHybrid working conditions and flexible start and finish timesDaily stocked "BRAVO BAR" snacks and munchiesGenerous discounts & gifts from partner skincare and haircare brandsDiscounts with VANITY GROUP hotel partners locally and internationallyBirthday leave to celebrate your special day10% off discount with premium fitness partner Virgin ActiveRecommend friend and family bonus scheme worth up to $1000AUDYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a sales manager?How many years' experience do you have in a client services / account management role?Do you have experience in a sales role?How many years' experience do you have as a Salesforce Consultant?What's your expected annual base salary?
