Your New Role Looks Like This: Join Australian Unity as a Sales Manager, where you'll lead sales efforts for The Governor's Retirement Resort and Sienna Grange, two vibrant communities in beautiful Port Macquarie, NSW. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, engaging with potential residents and their families, and driving growth in occupancy.
In this rewarding role, you'll support prospective and current residents through their journey into retirement living, ensuring they find the ideal accommodation, care, and service options. You'll also manage property resales when residents move on, helping to maintain a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets, directly contributing to the success of our communities.Market Analysis: Stay ahead by analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape, adjusting sales tactics to maximize opportunities.Lead the Sales Process: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, from lead management to sales process optimization and pipeline management.Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to senior leadership to drive improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Seniors Living) to align sales strategies with broader business goals.Networking & Partnerships: Build strategic relationships and local partnerships to drive growth and create new leads. Attend expos and events to represent Australian Unity (with occasional weekends).Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring all inquiries, appointments, and meeting outcomes are documented to keep the sales process smooth and efficient.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations, backed by in-depth data analysis.Community Engagement: Build strong connections with prospective and current residents, offering support and guidance throughout their journey into retirement living.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and bring your strategic sales skills to a team that values growth, collaboration, and exceptional service, we'd love to have you join us!
About You: 7 + years' experience in a similar roleDemonstrated understanding of Retirement LivingDemonstrated ability to track and report on sales activity and outcomesProven sales experience in a high-trust service industryStrong financial acumen, ability to translate information to othersSound understanding of administration procedures and general business practicesHolder of current Real Estate License in relevant jurisdictionSuperior interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Strategic thinker with result orientated approachUnderstanding of current state and federal legislative requirements (sales process and documentation)Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.What's on Offer: You will enjoy a range of great employee benefits and rewards including:
