Our BRAND NEW Dealership is almost ready to open in Alice Springs partnering with KIA and Mitsubishi, we have multiple opportunities for energetic, switched on people from the local community to join the team.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, this role is crucial the success of our dealership. As the sales manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department including team leadership, strategy and customer relationship management.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor sales performance and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the team. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity within the sales department. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. About you You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales.
