Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to driving the sales and a successful and well-respected Sales Team.
Some of your duties will include but won't be limited to:
Managing a client base and driving the increase of salesMonitoring projects and securing project workManaging external sales representativesHunting for new businessProviding reporting as requiredDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key decision-makersAbout you
• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven project management experience
• Steel Industry or Construction Industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ideally have knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
