We are BotsCrew. We create chatbots to help brands create an amazing customer experience. Our story begins with the hackathon in early 2016, where we created our first chatbot, won the hackathon, and fell in love with the idea of such a simple interface.
BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Sales Professional who is willing to help us acquire new customers in 2025. You will work alongside our CRO and be responsible for bringing in new business by closing deals from our marketing channels and Upwork.
This is a great opportunity to work with the team that is at the forefront of Generative AI development building innovative solutions for Fortune 500 companies and beyond.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle—from processing the contact form or discovery call to securing a dealGenerate new sales opportunities by maintaining regular qualitative outreach on UpworkElicit the requirements and work with the technical team to prepare implementation estimatesConduct demos, build thoughtful business proposals showcasing ROI opportunities, and negotiate agreements to close a dealProvide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyKeep sales records up to date and share findings with CRO and marketing teamStay current with industry/pipeline trends and brainstorm the relevant offerings with the marketing teamSkills and Qualifications: 2 years of experience in software salesProven track record of closing deals with average size above $15,000Experience with Upwork outreach and processing bidsEnglish Level—Advanced (C1)Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principlesExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships with enterprise customersProficiency with GSuite tools (Excel, Slides, etc.) and CRM (Hubspot), with the aptitude to learn new systemsOrganizational and time-management skillsUnderstanding of or passion for Generative AI solutions will be a huge advantageBenefits: 20 working days of paid vacation plus 5 days of paid sicknessPDP creation and guidance from our mentorsA youthful, talented, and remarkable company cultureWhy BotsCrew?
