Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Ten-League was founded in 1998 and is an ISO & bizSafe certified turn-key solution supplier for the port, construction, civil engineering, and subterranean foundation industries. It also rents out heavy equipment and provides technical consulting services. Our equipment includes value-added engineering options that enable us to address safety concerns, boost productivity, and increase dependability upon our clients' specific requests. These options include equipment retrofitting, upgrading, modernization, fleet management, or other enhancement on equipment through the application of computer vision, sensor fusion, remote control features, autonomous navigation, etc.
We began conducting business in Australia in 2023. As of right now, we have effectively served our important clients in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide with sales and after-sales support.
THE ROLE Joining the essential Sales and Business team that propels Ten-League Group's ongoing success will be a terrific challenge and source of delight if you are ready to succeed in sales. You will collaborate specifically with the Australia team to grow our national and regional accounts in Australia.
The Director, who is situated in Melbourne, will be your boss. Sales of both new and used material handling equipment as well as long-term hire agreements inside Victoria fall under the purview of this role.
Ideally, you have a track record of success in equipment sales. You will benefit from your proven business and sales competencies as you expand into new markets. Strong solution selling and high customer satisfaction will aid in growing current accounts and generating new business.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Harness strong sales management skills including but not limited to, tracking and attainment of sales activities, revenue/margin based on forecast, negotiation skills to address all parties' needs to obtain win-win status, account servicing skills with return customers/account receivable mindset. Demonstrate capability to balance with time management and meet customers' needs with quick response. Manifest sound leadership qualities to resolve and attend to issues swiftly.
