Position Summary: Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property's objectives whilst consistently analysing market information.Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating memorable guest experiences every day with your curiosity and zest for life.Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.Lead by example to motivate the teams to provide quality of service and guest expectations.Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.Actively participate and help organize associate team building activations where needed.
