Avia Homes is a young dynamic team who is seeking a Sales Manager to drive our business forward by leading & developing our sales team, building new business opportunities, maintaining existing networks and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
Key responsibilities: Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve sales standards, targets and KPI's. Drive strategic growth by developing innovative sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, end-to-end sales experience. Identify and develop lead generation, sales and business development opportunities. Oversee accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting. Reporting and presenting on salespeople and performance. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: 3 years proven experience in leading and managing high-performance sales teams within a fast-growing company. Knowledge of the building and construction industry, and new home sales process and documentation. Strong leadership skills, coupled with highly developed negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Tenacity and determination to drive results. Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term. A positive and adaptable approach to change & evolving business needs. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Strong focus on precision and professionalism in all written and verbal interactions. Ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
