Working from our creative studio in Palmy, we're looking for a Sales Manager to help us take our sales operations to the next level.
About the role As our Sales Manager, you'll be the strategic backbone of our sales efforts. From managing the sales pipeline to nurturing relationships with our clients (we call them collaborators), you'll keep everything moving smoothly, ensuring we're hitting our sales goals. You'll kick off each week with a team huddle, aligning on priorities and targets, then spend your days managing deals, providing insights, and keeping client relationships strong.
What would a week look like for you? Sales pipeline management: Kick-off with a pipeline review, prioritising leads and planning follow-ups in the weekly team huddle. Throughout the week, you'll coordinate calls, draft proposals, and move leads forward, keeping HubSpot updated as your central hub. Account management: Check in with clients to ensure they're supported and engaged. Partner with the ops team to keep experiences smooth, drive repeat business, and lead client conversations with a proactive, friendly touch. Data-driven sales insights: You'll analyse metrics, adjust tactics, and share insights with the team, preparing reports that inform our strategy and sharpen our sales approach. Strategic sales development: Brainstorm and refine lead strategies, tackling any roadblocks creatively to enhance client experiences and keep us on track to meet goals. About you We're looking for a sales or account management pro with B2B experience and a knack for organisation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking. You'll succeed if you:
Have proven sales management experience, with a history of hitting targets and nurturing client relationships. Are skilled in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Suite, and data analysis tools. Communicate with warmth and clarity, putting clients at ease. Are self-motivated, proactive, and strategic, with a client-focused, personable approach.
