In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing Strategic Sales Plans: Crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and target new business opportunities and market niches. Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated sales team, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Sales Collateral & Promotions: Utilising effective sales materials that drive interest and ensure brand alignment across all channels. E-commerce Oversight: Managing and optimising the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online experience and increasing online sales. Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to recommend competitive product and pricing strategies. Performance Analysis: Tracking and analysing sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Reporting & Forecasting: Preparing detailed sales reports, projections, and budgets for senior management, providing insights that guide key business decisions. Applicant Requirements Proven track record in sales and e-commerce management. A degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing is highly regarded. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers and partners. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM systems. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies, with experience driving online sales growth.
