ABC Building Products offers the largest range ofLightweight Cladding& Flooring, Bricks, Blocks and Paving, as well as Steel Reinforcing, Landscape Supplies, Trade Tools & Equipment with an in-house fleet of state-of-the-art trucks to meet our customer's delivery needs.
About the Role:
The role of Sales Manager is a crucial part of our leadership team and is responsible for driving strategy and growth in sales by providing our existing customers with exceptional support, identifying leads, and educating prospects on our full range of products & services. You'll be a passionate and proven Sales Manager with strong sales methodologies, a focus on leadership,coaching and development, and diligent application of CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the sales team to meet & exceed budgets & targets
Develop sales strategy to deliver on group strategy
Monitor the sales team's pipeline, leads, opportunities and conversions through CRM
Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships
Develop and maintain pricing strategy
Structured management and weekly sales meetings
Analyse Sales data & reports for opportunities
Increase & maintain product knowledge of the Sales team
Qualifications & Experience:
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar
Knowledge of the building products industry (preferred but not essential)
