ROLE The Sales & Marketing Manager's role is to infuse Loco Love magic at every single touchpoint of our wholesale customers journey.
This role is responsible for our wholesale customers experience, end to end.
This is a strategic role, focused on leveraging data & insights about our customers & the markets in which we operate to develop highly effective sales strategies that our team can implement.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Insights: develop an in-depth understanding of the Australian & key international markets in order to ensure Loco Love is maximising potential opportunitiesTrends: keep up-to-date with market, industry trends and competitor activityStrategy: work with the GM to develop Loco Love's wholesale marketing, sales & distribution strategy, including territory planning for potential new merchants & growth opportunities with our existing merchantsCustomer experience: own the end to end experience for our wholesale customers, from onboarding, to their first order, retention & growth.Customer segmentation: lead the development of our wholesale customer segmentation to enable marketing automation & highly effective territory planningSales & Relationships: lead key sales deals, contract negotiations and manage key customer relationshipsPipeline Management: manage our sales pipeline for all dealsB2B marketing: lead all B2B marketing programs; CRM program, sales collateral, point of sale materials & visual merchandising, trade shows (as well as identify opportunities for new channels)Team Management: manage our Sales Reps locally (and as we grow, nationally)Go-to-market: work with the GM to critically assess new product and market opportunities and create go-to-market strategiesTechnology: lead a critical assessment of our current sales & marketing tech stack, create a plan to optimise and lead the implementation of it, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations & dispatch teamsReporting: work with our Finance Manager to report back to the business on sales performance, sales forecasting and customer insightsREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE Education: Relevant Degree (Business, Marketing or Commerce) or equivalent experienceSales & Marketing: 5+ years in sales & marketing roleStrategy: 2+ years in data driven sales or marketing strategy developmentTechnology: 2+ years experience with marketing technology / marketing automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
