About the Role As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the pool construction market.
You'll actively build relationships with small and large pool builders while increasing brand awareness and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with pool builders across the region.Identify new business opportunities through a proactive and creative approach.Achieve sales targets and budgets while maintaining high standards of customer service.Lead and inspire a team to ensure a collaborative and successful culture.Represent the company at industry events and forums to promote brand visibility.About You To excel in this role, you will be:
