Job Description Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests. Establish parameters, quotes, negotiate prices, and seal contracts. Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events. Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details. Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports. Design and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned segments and be responsible for increasing the sales and revenue. Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Relevant sales experience is an asset.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
