About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
The Sales Manager role will focus on the sale of Lease for Life Agreements across SCC WA's owned and managed Retirement Villages. Whilst this is an autonomous role, it works very closely with the Village Managers, the Refurbishment Team, and Chief Property Officer. Ensuring that all sales activities are following the requirements of the Retirement Village Act, Regulations and Code. SCC WA are also members of the Retirement Living Code of Conduct.
This role is located in Success Village and is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight.
We'll Also Be Asking You To
Maintain the price book for each village. Appropriate marketing strategy for the lease for life villa, complying with legislative requirements. Conduct villa viewings with potential buyers, including village tours. Answering queries from potential buyers concerning the lease for life agreement, the village and its amenities and the surrounding neighborhood. Organizing listing and advertising of the villas. Provide input into the refurbishment scope of works, assisting in achieving refurbishment cost targets. Manage all offer and acceptance documentation and leasing requirements. Keep appropriate records as required by SCC and the Retirement Villages Act. Work collaboratively with the Retirement Living team. Assist at expos and open days. Provide monthly updates to residents and their families in regard to the on selling of their lease for life agreement. Consult with residents and families in securing an appropriate value for the lease for life agreement. Ensure leases are on sold within a timely manner, in line with proposed legislative changes. Maintain Professional conduct at all times, noting the role represents the interests of exiting residents, new incoming residents and SCC WA. Regulatory compliance: Retirement Act, Code and Regs, RV Code of Conduct, Privacy Act etc. Regular reporting back to the organization.
To Be Considered For The Role, You Will Need
Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures
